Iness appears to be the youngest of all wind collectors (though some say, she simply came in possession of a wind with rare rejuvenating properties, that keeps her looking that way) , and certainly, is a most elusive one.

Eccentric and daring, it is rumored she had run off from her bellarorian aristocracy parents, who couldn't, of course, put up with the girl's adventurous nonsense.
The next step for her would be acquiring something no wind collector can see himself without: a ship. But even then Iness had her own ways, winning her vessel in a bet from none other than the most dreaded privateer of Erih-Nurus.

The wager was simple - who could hold his breath underwater the longest. Playing fair, Iness would have no chance of course, and even if she had - taking chances with such people would be unwise. That's why she hid a tiny vial of a certain wind in her mouth, crushing it open in a crucial moment, thus winning the bet, and the ship.
